Is there a perfect investment? Is there a way to invest with no risk and certain gains? No, there is not! There is, however, one investment which can give nearly certain returns with extremely low risk. Further, the returns are actually greater than most of the higher risk investments can promise. Where is that? It's in real estate.

It has been said that real estate is not a way to get rich quick, but it is a way to get rich for sure. It has also been said that one does not become wealthy by selling, but by owning, property . These are the underlying premises on which my plan is built.
Warning! This plan does not provide the thrill you get from "making a killing". It will not make you rich over night. It is actually somewhat boring to my fast-paced Hare friends, some of whom are now liquidating assets to cover margin calls for their high-tech stock investments. I don't have any hot tips on what to buy this year. All I have is a plan which the ordinary man or woman can follow and which will almost certainly make you wealthy in the future.
